The services management company maintains, repairs and insures all the buildings, arranges window cleaning /refuse collection and tends to the extensive gardens & pond allowing residents to relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens and shared facilities on the site. All residents are represented by their own Leaseholders’ Association (HCLA) to share ideas, feedback and opinions. Each property has a personal alarm system, and 24 hour in-resident Estate Manager/s are on hand to provide support and help if /when needed. Making this an ideal, secure and low maintenance home for older residents. Insurance is covered by the Service fees.
