LOCATION
The village of Leckhampstead is a small peaceful village approximately seven miles to the north of Newbury town centre, is surrounded by wonderful countryside and the property sits within the Downs Secondary School catchment.

DIRECTIONS

From the Robin Hood roundabout leave Newbury via the A4 in the direction of Hungerford. At the Waitrose roundabout take the third exit off onto the Oxford Road and head towards Donnington. At the second mini-roundabout branch left towards Wantage proceeding over the A34 and through Snelsmore Common. Continue on this road for approximately three miles and then eventually turn left signposted Boxford/Leckhampstead. Take the first right towards Leckhampstead, passing the church on your right hand side. Ashridge can be found after a short distance on your left hand side identified by the Downer & Co.
