What data we collect from you

How we use your personal data

We will use your telephone number and/or email address and/or postal address to allow us to process your registration and any offers you make for a property.
We will use your email address and/or postal address to send you property matches and general marketing, if you have opted IN to receive emails and/or post. This will include sending you information about properties due to come on the market or properties that are already on the market, our Newbury Property Newsletter and seasonal mailings/competition information.
We may also use your data to:
Provide and manage your account/tenancy;
Supplying our services to you. Your personal details are required for us to enter into a contract with you.
Personalising and tailoring our services for you.
Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you.
Supplying you with information by that you have opted-in to (you may unsubscribe or opt-out at any time by using unsubscribe links in our communications or contacting our office).
With your permission, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email, telephone, text message and/or post with information, news, and offers on our services. You will be asked to provide the following details:

In addition, to help you with a property related service we have to comply with certain Regulations, for example the “Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017” (more commonly referred to as the Money Laundering Regulations 2017). Downer & Co are required to obtain certain information from you to comply with Regulations. The information provided will only be used by Downer & Co in relation to complying with the Regulations and will not be shared with any other party outside of the company unless we are required to do so under law.
